McLaren Automotive today announced the US manufacturer suggested retail pricing (MSRP) for the McLaren MP4-12C starting at $229,000*. With an anticipated on-sale date of late summer 2011, the 12C will arrive on the North American sports car scene as the only carbon-fiber based vehicle in its market-price segment. Bugatti Veyron to stop production in 2013 - Enter 2014 Bugatti 16C Galibier

German magazine Der Spiegel reports that Bugatti will stop producing the Bugatti Veyron in 2013 and plan to the release a new luxury sedan for 2014, based on the Audi A8.
The Volkswagen board, who owns Bugatti, believes that they will achieve greater production numbers from this super sedan. Utilizing existing company wide technology will provide a significant reduction in development cost.
